Celebration of Women Composers – Benefit Concert for Independence House

The Chorale will present radiant works by women composers, including Fanny Mendelssohn, Ethel Smyth, Hildegard von Bingen, and Cape Cod–based composer Ann MacDonald Diers. Long overlooked, these remarkable women invite you to discover the sparkling musical treasures you’ve been missing.

Independence House is Cape Cod’s primary resource to help all domestic violence and sexual assault victims, survivors and children by creating opportunities for safety and empowerment through crisis intervention, advocacy, counseling, referral, outreach, prevention and education.
