- We are proud to participate in Mass Cultural Council’s Card to Culture program in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Department of Public Health’s WIC Nutrition Program, and hundreds of cultural organizations across Massachusetts by making cultural programing accessible to those for whom cost is a participation barrier. The Best of Bach and Schubert Of all his greatest music, Johann Sebastian Bach’s Wachet auf ruft uns die Stimme stands near the very top. Using a diverse palette of colors, Bach poetically weaves together vocal and instrumental lines as in no other work. A Candlelight Christmas with Handel's Messiah While Handel did not compose Messiah specifically for Christmas, the first part of his great oratorio has become an audience favorite in that season. The Chorale and guest artists perform Messiah Part I plus the “Hallelujah Chorus” and beloved carols, including Dan Forrest’s arrangement of “Silent Night.” Listeners will head home with joyful sounds swirling in their minds and hearts!
